The complex Pefkides consists of five spacious and independent apartment suites (four 57 sq.m. and one 40 sq.m.) sharing a large garden and a common pool. Each home can accommodate from two to five persons.

Marathopoli or Marathos, as it is mostly known to the locals, is a picturesque fishing village in western Messinia. It has about 700 residents and is about 70 km far from the city of Kalamata and 27 km from Pylos.
